SAR Team Recovered The Body of Kayaker in Lake Carl Blackwell
Search and rescue teams recovered the body of a college student in Lake Carl Blackwell on Tuesday after the 20-year-old was reported missing by his relatives while on a family outing on the lake.
“We did find the kayak that he was in, and it was full of water," Ray said. “We were told he did not have a lifejacket with him." Read more here
