Nevada County Sheriff SAR Team Rescues Lost Snowshoer in The Sierra
On Saturday, the NCSSAR team rescued a snowshoer after they became stranded near Donner Summit's Pacific Crest Trail while out snowshoeing in the Sierra.
Sixteen rescuers with the Nevada County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue team skied into the backcountry along with members of the Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue Team. Read more here
