
Missing Teen Snowmobiler Found Safe Near Franklin Basin
Some good news to everyone is that a 14-year-old snowmobiler, who went missing for 12 hours on Saturday was found safe on Sunday near the Franklin Basin area.
They also say it serves as a reminder about having a plan ahead of time in case something goes wrong while adventuring in the outdoors. Read more here
Great work to all of the SAR volunteers in Franklin County and the Cache County Sheriff's Office SAR team for their amazing work on the rescue. We hope the boy is recovering well. In any circumstance like this, it's important to make sure you let a friend or family know your location in case you want to adventure out on your own.
