This story has a very good outcome due to the swift action of local search and rescue units but also the man who was lost followed the advice of so many, that is to let people know when to expect his return. The hunter let people know when to expect him and when they did not see him return by the time instructed they promptly called in help. Yet another reminder of the importance to let someone know where you are going and when to expect your return. It can truly save your life.
