It's a miracle to hear the hiker was safe and alive. Thank you to the SAR teams in the New South Wales area for their continued search and for saving the man's life. We hope the individual is recovering well. This is an informative reminder to stay with your group if you plan to participate in outdoor recreation activities such as hiking. If you want to travel alone, let someone know where you are going and if wifi is available, it's best for the group to share their locations so everyone knows where everyone is located. As always, please be safe out there!
