Man Rescued After Leaping Off Moab Sandstone Tower Cliff
A man in his 60s was rescued by Grand County Seheriff's Search and Rescue after he made the unbelievable move to leap off a freestanding tower stone in Moab, UT in the Pucker Pass area where he sustained an ankle injury.
According to a Facebook comment by Grand County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (GCSAR), the group responsible for the man’s salvation, he leapt the 5-foot gap between the cliff and the top of the hoodoo near Pucker Pass in the Long Canyon area. Read more here
Wow!, I'm speechless after reading this article. Great work to the SAR team in Grand County for rescuing the man. Please try not to attempt to jump over a cliff to the next so that you don't prevent yourself from getting injured.
