Injured Hiker Rescued On Thompson Peak By Idaho Army National Guard
Over the weekend, the Idaho Army National Guard rescued a 19-year-old hiker on Thompson Peak after the man fell and sustained an ankle injury while out rock climbing.
“We were able to inert the team about 300 meters away from the patient using a two-wheel landing,” said Chief Warrant Officer 3 Theron Cameron, an Idaho Army National Guard UH-60 pilot. Read more here
