
Hiker Rescued By SCSOSAR After Being Trapped at Hempel Creek For One Day
A 55-year-old man was rescued by the Snohomish Sheriff's Office Search and Rescue team on Sunday after falling down a waterfall and getting trapped at Hepel Creek for one day.
After hours of rigging lines and cutting ropes, members of the sheriff’s office search and rescue team and Snohomish County Volunteer Search & Rescue were able to bring him back to the trailhead early Sunday. Read more here
