
DCSAR Rescues Hikers in Separate Searches At Smith Rock State Park
Last week, the Deschutes County SAR team came to the rescue for two hikers who were injured while hiking at Smith Rock State Park, where the first incident happened last Tuesday, and the 2nd incident happened on Thursday.
The two teams separated, based on the location of the beacon ping, uncertain whether the subject was in a technical area. Read more here
